  • PAYMENT METHODS

alufai online shop provides credit card and paypal as payment method.

  • PAYPAL TAIWAN

Taiwan customer will not be processed order by using Paypal, in compliance with local laws and regulations. Please choose suggested payment method as Ecpay.

  • PLACING YOUR ORDER

when you place an order with alufai online shop, a confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.

  • CANCELING AND CHANGING YOUR ORDER 

changes cannot be made to an order once it has been placed and submitted. in situations where you may have entered the wrong address, shipping method, or there is a product discrepancy, contact our customer service team as soon as possible at alufaistudio@outlook.com and we’ll do our best to help.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME AS BELOW 

  • Taiwan (TAKKYUBIN) 1-3 working days from dispatch of order, free delivery
  • China (SF EXPRESS) 3-5 working days from dispatch of order, flat delivery RMB 50 PRE ORDER
  • international americas, europe, rest of world -flat rate of usd 20 per order,  delivery time : asia countries 7-14 working days/ others 10-14 days from dispatch of order. or  may you have any additional request please contact us directly via email:alufaistudio@outlook.com

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DUTIES AND TAXES THAT ARE REQUIRED WITHIN THEIR COUNTRIES.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • You can return your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
  • We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.          The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: a. Exceeds 7 working days of receipt
    b. Products are not in perfect condition, fully labelled and with the original packaging
    c. Products are stained or contaminated with abnormal smell
    d. Products are not in its original condition
    e. For reasons of hygiene we do not accept the return or exchange of earrings
  • Every purchase is limited to one chance of return and exchange. if the procedure of return and exchange of product exceeds the average, we will cancel your order.
  • Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded. also, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information, proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation and to ensure that the returned goods arrive within the above stated timeframe.
  • Customer will be responsible for the cost of postage for exchange and return.
  • All items have been closely examined before dispatched. if there are flaws in any product please contact us -alufaistudio@outlook.com within 3 working days with clear pictures of faulty. we will only provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
  • Procedure for returning items when returning purchased items please use the original packaging with label tags and any other documents that came with the original order. after confirming your returned items, we will start processing product exchanges within 7 to 10 working days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders outside of Taiwan will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. Alufai Studio Online Shop is not responsible for the payment of this duty and do not have the right to control nor predict the cost. For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local DHL customs office or your local customs office.
